10/04/2022 Assemblée Générale 2022 à Limoges (87), Annulée et reportée

Bonjour à tous,
Suite à un retour d'information de la part de 14FDX106 Jean-Paul, il a été décidé d'annuler l'AG et meeting 2022.
Les raisons sont les suivantes :
- Tarif des salles trop important induisant une augmentation du prix de l'entrée au meeting
- Tarifs des carburants trop élevés, cela risque de limiter les déplacements et le nombre de personnes
Le financement de nos meetings fonctionne ainsi : prix d'achat de la nourriture et des boissons (tickets à l'appui) + prix de la salle (facture à
l'appui) + participation Cagnotte divisé par le nombre de participants.
Du fait des risques évoqués plus haut au sujet du nombre de participants, nous craignions de devoir diviser par un nombre restreint
et faire exploser le prix de l'entrée individuellement....
2023 ? Jean-Paul a réservé la salle des fêtes de Compreignac (87140) pour le weekend de pentecôte 2023 le 27 et 28 mai 2023, nous reportons donc le
meeting à l'année prochaine.

Hello everyone,
Following feedback from 14FDX106 Jean-Paul, it was decided to cancel the 2022 meeting.
The reasons are as follows:
- Price of the rooms too high inducing an increase in the price of entry to the meeting
- Fuel prices too high, this risks limiting travel and the number of people
The financing of our meetings works as follows: purchase price of food and drinks (tickets in support) + price of the room
(invoice in support) + participation pot divided by the number of participants.
Due to the risks mentioned above regarding the number of participants, we were afraid of having
to divide by a limited number and blow up the price of entry individually....
2023? Jean-Paul has reserved the hall of Compreignac (87140) for the weekend of Pentecost 2023 on May 27 and 28, 2023, so we are
postponing the meeting to next year.
